Josh servers on many Real Estate Boards and Committes and continues to be a Real Estate leader in the greater Pocatello area in both new construction and existing homes.
In 2006 CRD Homes branched out into new home construction bringing Real Estate and new home under one roof.
Josh was honored to be a key player in EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION POCATELLO 2010, organizing the donation of over 24 meals by local resturaunts and managing the volunteers to feed hundreds.
Josh also was elected into the Chubbuck City Council and finds great satisfaction in his public service.
A large portion of Josh's business comes from referrals and past clients, because Josh demonstrates strong ethics, wisdom, and concern. His experience with life and with people has given him a wonderful common sense approach and a deep sense of concern for his clients.
In Josh's spare time you can find him hittng the slopes with his wife and six children, participating in triathalons, road biking and serving in various capacities around our great community.
